It is the client’s responsibility to cancel any booked classes that he/she cannot make. A member will lose a session/class credit from his or her membership package, for every occurrence, where he or she makes an appointment for a training or class and does not show up for it, or fails to cancel the scheduled class appointment at least 24 hours before the start of the class.
Contract is in force for one month from the contract start date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless canceled by either the client or TOCA Football.
Memberships can be suspended in 30 day increments for either 30 or 60 days. some text
Your written request to suspend your autopay membership must be received at least 5 days in advance of your next billing cycle. Any suspension requests made after the 5 day period will take effect on the next billing cycle.
