The smaller ball helps with improving your technique. It’s nice to train here because it's a lot more lighthearted. It’s not as serious. It's been great training here.

Every time I know my offseason is coming, I head to TOCA to get prepared for the season. I receive personalized training and hundreds of touches in one hour paired with a great workout.

Good touches with a smaller ball helps immensely with your confidence, your awareness, your ability to work in tight spaces. It's huge for me to motivate myself.

It's definitely more difficult training with a small ball. Making the ball hit the right part of your foot is harder. Passing and striking the ball in the right place is harder. But with a smaller ball, you can't get away with it.
