Eddie Lewis is an ex-professional footballer and founder of TOCA Football. During his 14-year professional career, Eddie Lewis played extensively in both the United States and England, for Fulham, Leeds United, Derby County and Los Angeles Galaxy. He was also a veteran member of the United States national team throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s; he acquired 82 caps, scored 10 goals, and represented his country at the 2002 FIFA World Cup and 2006 FIFA World Cup.

TOCA Football, founded by Eddie Lewis in 2016 was a concept derived from a “small ball” philosophy that massively improved Eddie’s own professional game. Eddie led the development of the TOCA Trainer and is heavily involved in the sports development and training side of the business.

Sean Datson is the general manager (GM) of TOCA Nashville-Franklin. A native of Newmarket, England, Sean is a life-long student, teacher, and fan of the game of football (as a Brit, Sean didn’t call football “soccer” until he came to the United States). He earned his BA with honors in sports development from Leeds Beckett University in England and played semi-professionally before concentrating on coaching. Sean has many specialized coaching qualifications, including his USSF “C” license, and his English FA Level 2 license.

Sean moved to the U.S. in 2010 and spent a decade coaching. In 2020, Sean began his TOCA journey, first as the GM of the original TOCA location in the LA Galaxy Soccer Center in Torrance, CA and then as the GM of TOCA Costa Mesa, which also houses TOCA’s corporate headquarters. After successfully navigating the changing business landscape during the Covid pandemic at both centers, Sean was asked to lead the exciting growth of a new TOCA location: TOCA Nashville, located in Franklin, TN!

Dustin Derks is the lead trainer at TOCA Nashville. Originally from Kansas City, Dustin grew up playing soccer year-round, while also refereeing, and coaching. Prior to graduating from the University of Kansas where he coached and captained the Men’s club team and assisted the Division 1 women's team’s training, Dustin played Division 1 soccer for two years at High Point University.

Upon moving to Nashville, Dustin spent several years in operations management for large corporations, managing teams of up to 100 employees. Throughout that time, Dustin continued to train and coach aspiring soccer players. Dustin was one of the first team members at TOCA Nashville, joining as the lead trainer. He has a passion for running high-quality sessions and loves to help players grow both their skills and their love of the game.

Racheal Foxley is the Assistant Lead trainer at TOCA Nashville. Racheal, who is originally from Manchester England, grew up living and breathing soccer. She played with the Blackburn Rovers Center of Excellence as a youth and eventually joined the Blackburn Rovers Ladies team for 2 seasons before moving to the US in 2012 on a collegiate soccer scholarship.

After graduating from Murray State University, where she was a key member of the history-making 2015 team, Racheal pursued collegiate assistant coaching and was selected as a reserve squad and practice player for the Chicago Red Stars, playing with the likes of Christen Press, Julie Ertz & Alyssa Naeher. As a coach, Racheal holds a USSF E License and Level 1 GK license. One of Racheal’s favorite parts about being at TOCA is sharing her knowledge of the game to develop the next generation of soccer players.
