A NEW WAY TO TRAIN.

Data focused. Technology powered. Customized to fit your game. Our training focuses on empowering the individual without sacrificing the fun parts of soccer. Using our patented technology, TOCA Training helps players improve their game at any level.

MORE TOUCHES, MORE CONTROL.

A great touch makes all the difference at the highest level–it’s your ability to control the soccer ball, especially with your first touch and in short passing sequences. It only takes 12 sessions at TOCA to get more touches than you would playing in 96 games with your club.

Founded in 1999, Kids In Sports provides specialized multi-sport programs for ages 1 to 6 years. Developed by Educators, Kids In Sports promotes the idea that athletics can improve a child's overall development and provide lasting benefits that reach beyond the game.

INNOVATIVE, AGE-APPROPRIATE AND FUN!

As sports educators, we’ve created an expertly designed curriculum that’s innovative and fun. Our multi-sport program grows with your child – from adult participation to separation classes. Older children learn the fundamentals of specific team sports. While at every age, your child gains important life skills like taking instruction, working in groups, and sportsmanship.

PLAY AND HAVE FUN IN SAFE ENVIRONMENT.

Create memories with your family in a safe environment. Your TOCA Trainer will lead your family through a customized circuit training session incorporation exercise using our TOCA balls and Touch Trainer.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.

Choose from 2 TOCA Family session options - Family Fit or Family Play. Family Fit is jam-packed with circuit training and lots of TOCA Training for a great workout. Family Play incorporates challenges, games, and more.

TOCA Costa Mesa is an indoor training center that brings a community together for one reason — to enjoy the best parts of soccer. Costa Mesa offers 5 fully interactive high-performance TOCA studios designed to foster an engaging, fun and active learning. The center’s set up allows for an indoor turf field for training or friendly and competitive games of futsal.
